Office 365 setup help.

Hello

How do we setup Office 365?

I tapped on setup and in the list of email servers, I selected Hotmail and put up the credential. Like in NOKIA Faq it asks to sign using outlook but I did it with hotmail. Is it okay? It still shows up option to setup if I tap Office 365 option in 'places.'



Before this I had already setup Email and accounts and using skydrive, but not office 365.

Cortana & Office 365 Integration

We are trying to integrate Cortana with our Office 365 subscription, but it never works. Here are the steps we have done:

• Turned on Cortona in the Office 365 Admin portal
• We are using Windows 10 1703 – connected Office 365 service to Cortana

Did the same on windows 10 mobile with no luck, Cortana says its connected to Office 365, but sees no data and we are getting zero errors

We went rough office 365 support first and tried all fo their suggestions, they kicked us over to Windows support which is currently closed.

We are on v1703 with all updates in place, it does not work on Windows 10 desktop or mobile

any ideas? I can give you all steps 365 support had us run through if that will be helpful

Stuck on office 365 free trial page during account setup

There are a few steps you can try to exit the Office 365 trial page and proceed with your account setup:

1. Restart your computer: This can often resolve temporary glitches and might allow you to bypass the Office 365 trial page upon reboot.
   
2. Use Task Manager: Press "Ctrl + Shift + Esc" to open Task Manager. Find the process for the Office 365 setup or any other related Microsoft Office processes. Click on them and then click "End Task". This should close the setup window.
   
3. Uninstall and Reinstall: If you have already installed Office 365, you could try uninstalling it, restarting your computer, and then reinstalling it. This might allow you to bypass the trial page.
   
4. Contact Microsoft Support: If you're still unable to bypass the trial page, it might be worth reaching out to Microsoft Support directly. They can guide you through the process and help resolve any account setup issues.
   

If you decide to proceed with the Office 365 trial, you'll need to provide payment information, but you won't be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel the trial at any time before it ends to avoid any charges.
