Several Issues after updating to RedStone 5

My PC has several issues after I update it to Windows 10's latest RedStone5 update through insider program. They are making my life a hell-

    1. Cortana is starting to listen me when I say "Hey Cortana" but cannot respond to what I am saying.
[I have already done many tasks to resolve the issue but nothing works]
    2. Windows is waking up automatically just after putting it into sleep (by sleep command; no issue detected when it is slept by closing the lid).

    3. PC is not staying in the beautiful windows lock screen images after turn it on. Just a second after turn it on, it is appearing with the "Enter PIN" log in screen with blurred lock screen image.
[I have already unchecked related checkboxes of mouse, keyboard and adapter properties Power Option with Device Manager]

My windows 10 is updated up to time. I use Windows Defender as the default and the single antivirus antimalware. It is not possible to reset my PC. Please help me.

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
