Windows 10: Several restarts after waking up

Hello!I've been experiencing some problems with my laptop for about a week. In the beginning it just couldn't wake up from the sleep mode: the power button was shining meaning that computer doesn't sleep, the disk lamp was off meaning that computer isn't working on some issue I guess?.., but keyboard and mouse didn't work. The only option was to press the power button for a long time to force my computer to shut down and then turn it on the same way.After a few days of this the problem has changed - when I try to wake up my computer, it wakes up for a moment, then turns off, waits for ~ 1 se

Windows 10 -- Cannot disable the mouse from waking computer from sleep

Method 1

Follow the steps below to try to disable device to wake the computer:

• 
  Press Windows key + X.
  
• 
  Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• 
  Type powercfg –devicedisablewake and press
  Enter.
  
• 
  Restart the computer and check if issue persists.
  

Method 2: Disable the Wake timers

Follow the steps below to Disable the Wake timers:

• 
  Press Windows key +X.
  
• 
  Click on Power Options.
  
• 
  Click on edit Plan Settings and click on
  Change advanced power settings.
  
• 
  Expand Sleep option and “Allow wake timers" and set this to
  disable.
  
• 
  Restart the computer and check if issue persists.

Sleep / Wake Function, malfunctions after waking

• No luck with the "trouble-shooter."
• Issues are: on waking, date increases by 6 or so days and many apps/ windows freeze on opening. I tried it again today, and a blue screen came up with Command Prompt and other suggestions to fix. By the way, on restarting, the computer returns to
  normal.
• On the issue of "recent system changes", it is a new computer I purchased a couple of months ago. It is running Windows 10 (64 bit), with MS Office (32 bit). I have uninstalled & reinstalled MS Office, over the internet.
• Have not "encountered any error message"
• Have not taken any "troubleshooting steps", except trouble-shooter.
