Windows 10: sfc scan...folders lost

    sfc scan...folders lost


    Based on the error I was receiving, I ran the sfc scan and all of the DISM image scans and it seemed to have repaired the corrupted files; however, when I went back into my jump drive, entire folders have been removed!


    Is there a way to retrieve these folders? They are not in my Recycle Bin...

    Folder in Favorites lost


    Had a folder in IE favorites named xxxxx favorites with many items in it. Don't know what I may have done but it is gone from the list. When I try to create a new folder it tells me that there is one already there, but it is not. Any suggestion where I might find the lost folder or how to restore it.

    Hello,

    By default, scans are saved in a Scans folder inside the Pictures. Here are the steps on how to get there:

    • Press Windows and type pictures
    • Click Pictures and double-click the Scans folder.

    Furthermore, we suggest that you repair your Word application by following the steps on this
