  1. sfc /scannow 'Found corrupt files but cannot repair some of them' - Win10 v1903

I got a system updater on the first of August and now my machine randomly blue screens regularly. There's no discernible pattern to it (sometimes I'll be watching twitch, sometimes I'll be using Visual Studio Code + Slack, sometimes I walk away and come back to a restarted machine).

I ran sfc /scannow as an administrator and it said that it found corrupt files but cannot repair some of them.

I have run memtest86 on my ram, and found no errors.

I ran driver verifier and this caused my machine to begin a restart loop. I had to boot in to safe mode and delete the settings on the verifier to get back in.

I'm not sure how to figure out what driver is the issue from this information. My video display drivers are fine, but my System event log shows frequent DistributedCOM errors.

the errors, in order from the detected reboot, are:

Have you tried sfc /scannow? It is supposed to find and repair corrupted operating system files.
