    I just downloaded a new game The Finals on steam, and I am unable to run the game due to a connection error TFLA0002. I am also receiving a popup that says "C:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/mscms.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020." When I run the sfc /scannow scan, it tells me that it found corrupt files but was unable to fix them, and the details were included in the CBS log file located at ....." Is
