Windows 10: SHA1 for current TechBench download

Discus and support SHA1 for current TechBench download in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Hmmm... seems the MSDN iso's were updated with cumulative updates to 15/12, whilst the Techbench one's remained 15/11.     Hmmm... seems the MSDN iso's were updated with cumulative updates to 15/12, whilst the Techbench one's remained 15/11. Sorry about that, been a while since I used Techbench.

    Yup, in fact I got it wrong way round.
    The Techbench ISO I have dated 13 Nov 2015 has the 250f8ff043ceb395f95cee6120efc323f69e7f8d hash as on MSDN. So Techbench was updated then.
