Windows 10: Sharing image from Paint 3D to Outlook problem

I want to send an image from Paint 3d by using Outlook.

When I select "Share" in Paint 3D a window opens saying "Turning on sharing with Outlook"

Shortly after that a small window opens saying "Outlook Desktop Integration...We couldn't open Outlook"

That's as far as I can get. I have Windows version 10.


I have already verified in the control center, Network and Sharing Center, Advanced sharing settings,

that file and printer sharing is turned on.

Lowering triangle amount on Paint 3D

The option to increase or decrease the number of triangles/polygons in
Paint 3D is a great idea. We suggest the you share your idea/feedback so that it will be considered in future updates of the app. Here are the steps to send a feedback:

• Open the Paint 3D app.
• Click on Menu.
• On the lower left portion, select Help and Feedback.
• Press the Give feedback button under Give feedback.

Please answer these questions to get more clarity on this issue:

1. In which format are you saving the file? (Ex: Image, 3D model or 3D project)
   
2. Are you aware of any changes made to the PC prior to this issue?
   
3. Have you installed all the pending updates on the PC?
   

Suggest you to run the
apps troubleshooter to fix problems with apps from Microsoft Store and restart the PC to check if that makes any difference.

Paint 3D app problem

Hi Laura, my name is Max and I'm an independent advisor.

I suggest you should repair your Paint 3D app

Firstly, try to reset this app. Follow the steps below:

1). Click on 'Windows key + I' together and open 'Settings'

2). Tap on Apps - Apps & features - Paint 3D - Advanced options

3). Tap on 'Reset'

Next, uninstall and reinstall Paint 3D app. Follow the steps below:

1). Click on the Start button

2). Type in 'Windows PowerShell' - right click on it - choose 'Run as administrator'.

3). Copy / paste the command below without quotes.

'Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.MSPaint | Remove-AppxPackage'

4). Click on Enter

5). Go to the Microsoft Store to download and reinstall the Paint 3D app.
