Windows 10: Shell Experience and Text Input apps

Both these 2 installed in the last undesired update and both nix my wifi adapters and takes me 2 days to re-establish connection. I want both removed. How? I’ve uninstalled all updates and both apps remain. I would reinstall windows but with a busted laptop screen, I can’t. I use a monitor but nothing transfers to that screen in reinstalling windows. I’ve had everything related to updates disabled yet Microsoft still pushed it. How can I disable these 2 apps? I’ve done everything I can in registry but Microsoft changes everything back. Why am I not in full control of my own device? Why are other entities controlling/manipulating my own equipment? My brother's laptop is completely usless and this one is about to be as well. I want the barest minimum windows 10 with none of mmmm software running at all. I demand this or seek counsel for I’ve had enough

Windows Shell Experience Host using 35 to 55% of CPU usage on Windows 10

I suggest you to try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Try to end the process from Task Manager and check.

• 
  Press Ctrl+Alt+Del together to open
  Task Manager.
  
• 
  Go to Processes tab, right-click on the Windows Shell Experience Host process and click
  End Process.
  

Step 2: Boot the computer in to Safe mode with networking and if the CPU usage is same.

Step 3: I suggest you to install all the pending updates after upgrade to Windows 10.

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
