Windows 10: Shift + 0 not working

Hi !Suddenly My Shift + 0 combination stopped working .Shift + 9 works ,0 works ,Shift + 0 doesn`t .I have tried to stop all apps bcs I suggested that any of them can use a hotkey shift + 0 , but I have closed everything and I have no effect .Drivers are up-to-date .Is there is a way to reset all hotkeys or see where It goes ?Any solutions ? Resize and rearrange desktop icons with ctrl+shift+(1-0)

To change your desktop icons from vertical to horizontal, follow the steps below:

• Right-click on your desktop.
• Select small icons.

Once done, try to change again the size and display of your desktop icons using the
Ctrl+shift+(1-0) mode and check if the same issue persists.
