Windows 10: Shift+Ctrl Not Working WIN 11

Laptop Model: Asus TUF F15 FX507ZRStart using Windows 11 in this new laptop, but the Shift + Ctrl shortcut is not working at all.Looked through the community and the web for answers, but nothing solid. I do found some members who have the same problem, who so happens to use an Asus laptop. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/windows-insider-program/ctrl-shift-not-working-together/m-p/2715438I suspect there might be a setting that prevent this 2 keys to be active at the same time, but i just couldn't find the source.

CTRL - SHIFT - S not working

system: win 10

I use PHP storm and I try to use the keyboard shortcut CTRL-SHIFT-S, normally it would trigger save as, but it doesn't do a thing.

In Edge I try to simulate CTRL-SHIFT-S, but the keycode doesn't get through, CTRL-SHIFT-A is working

CTRL - SHIFT - S : KeyboardEvent {isTrusted: true, key: 'Shift', code: 'ShiftLeft', location: 1, ctrlKey: true, …}

CTRL - SHIFT - A : KeyboardEvent {isTrusted: true, key: 'A', code: 'KeyA', location: 0, ctrlKey: true, …}

CTRL - S: KeyboardEvent {isTrusted: true, key: 's', code: 'KeyS', location: 0, ctrlKey: true, …}

CTRL+SHIFT+8 and some others not working

Okay thanks. Didn't know that tool.
It does list Ctrl+Shift+, 3 & 8. But it doesn't say what they're registered to. (And nothing seems to happen when I press them.)

The tool turns up a very short list, by the way, compared to the screenshots on that site. Just these three plus:
Hot Key : Alt+Ctrl+Delete
Hot Key : Alt+Ctrl+J (I know what this is from)
Hot Key : Alt+Ctrl+K (Kindle)
Hot Key : Alt+F4

 

WIn + space stopped working for me...

While CTRL + win + Space or Shift + win + space do work. What is funny is that when i press win + space it works like I only pressed space.

Win button is working for sure, checked it

Languages list is showing when ctrl or shiift is additionally pressed

Any suggestions?
