Windows 10: Shorctut copies

I experienced something really odd the other day. Google Earth Pro copied itself AUTOMATICALLY. Like I didn't even touch anything! This also happened to the DC reader awhile ago. Luckily it went away after a few tries to delete it. Ok, a lot of tries. But seriously, THIS IS CRAZY!!! I'm worried it will happen again to other apps, BUT I DON'T WANT IT TO!!! Like its stupid, these shortcut copies are IMPOSSIBLE to delete without the admin password!!! Please fix this Microsoft. Please fix this.

how to copy files from the CD to the Computer drive

I would suggest you to follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows key + X.
  
• 
  Click file explorer from the list.
  
• 
  Select the CD/DVD drive and hit Enter.
  
• 
  Select the files you want to copy from the CD/DVD, then select the drive where you want to paste or save.

Java.nio.file - Copying files

You can't copy a folder, thats why it generates an exception (you are trying to copy a folder using a copy file function).
You probably need to list all the files inside that folder and copy one by one
