Windows 10: Short but extreme frame loss in all programs while tabbing in and out.

My entire computer freezes up and stutters when tabbing in and out of my games, for example if I am on my browser/Discord when I tab back into the game I am playing I will go from a solid 165 FPS to 5 - 20 FPS for roughly 1 - 3 seconds. This issue only popped up after updating my BIOS which was forced by my system, my GPU and CPU drivers were also updated at the same time.My specs are: CPU AMD Ryzen 5 7600GPU AMD Radeon RX 6700 XTMotherboard MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFIRAM 32GB DDR4Windows specs:Edition Windows 11 Home Version 24H2 Installed on ‎2024-‎12-‎04 OS build 26100.2454 Experience Window

QUESTION/suggestion:
* Why not remember the last active tab?
For example, if you are on tab 2 and close the program, then run it again, for the program to open tab 2 again. But if the -tab X command-line option is used, then the program goes to X tab, regardless of last active tab.

Does that make sense?

I suggest you to open Internet Option from Command prompt and check if it helps.

Follow the steps to open Internet Options.

1. Press windows + R and type
inetcpl.cpl.

2. After opening the Internet options check if the issue still persist.
