Windows 10: Shortcut Keys dont work

I got a macro keypad, been trying to set it up but for whatever reason, all the shortcuts i set up in the shortcut property window just dont work, and by that i mean I make a shortcut to the exe and open up properties. The shortcuts are preset as CTR+ALT+[num], and for whatever reason any shortcut that uses CTRL+ALT just doesn't work. I've tried with CTRL+SHIFT+[num] and it works no problem, and I don't think I can change this keyboard's imput.I opened it again later and it saved the shortcut so it clearly works, also tried imputting with my keyboard normally and it di

I'm trying to create a shortcut key for a program/script that turns off my monitor. I've confirmed that the small program is working by double clicking on it. The problem I'm having is that when I go to create a shortcut key for it. First I create a shortcut to the program, then I set a shortcut key, say "ctrl-shift-s". After applying the changes, clicking Ok, I try to use the shortcut by pressing the ctrl-shift-s key combination. When I do this, nothing happens. I've confirmed that shortcut keys works with other apps like the Command Prompt. Does anyone have any insight to this?

Windows 10 shortcut keys not working

My keyboard shortcut keys suddenly stopped working. I checked Win+Tab, Win+P etc. they worked but Ctrl+Alt+Del, save, copy, paste etx dont work.

Can you suggest any solution?
