Windows 10: Shortcuts for programs in second taskbar of the second monitor

HI there!I'm using two monitors. I can launch each program in my primary taskbar using shortcuts as Windows Key + 1, 2, 3, 4, etc.So is there any idea how to open launch programs in my second taskbar of the second monitor using shortcuts?First primary taskbarSecond not primary taskbar

Thank you for your help, but this is absolutely not the answer to the question I asked. It feels like we're talking about different things.
I do not need to move windows from one monitor to another. I have several launched programs on first monitor and I have several launched programs on the second one. I can switch between the programs on first monitor using Win + 1, 2, 3, etc. shortcut, but I can't do the same with programs launched on the second monitor because I don't know is there any shortcut for programs displayed on the second taskbar...

I just trying to understand how to maximize and minimize launched programs using shortcuts in the second taskbar of the second monitor... For first primary taskbar I use Win + 1, 2, 3, etc. But it not work with second taskbar's programs
