    I noticed this virus warning after doing a full scan with windows defender. But it does not show up on Malwarebytes.     Yes, technically it should still be there if you still experience Bluescreen after reset, if you don't experience any BSOD after reset that means it is now all good and nothing to worry about, however, if you still have that issue, I suggest following the steps I provided so that we can check the logs.
