Windows 10: Showing black window when shutting down.

Why does my computer screen shows me a black window instead of showing shut down window when I click shut down?I have tried to shut down from cmd but still the same problem.How can I get rid from this problem?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
