Windows 7 allowed me to rotate or shuffle photos


Windows 10 is a mystery to me


How do I shuffle photos?

photo app not shuffling

I have six photos in my Favorites list. It always shuffled nicely before I installed the Developer Preview o my Lumia Icon. And, like I say, I know how to tell it to shuffle, and then it shows all six photos. I just don't want to keep telling it to do
that.

 

Shuffle feature in Photos App

I understand that you are willing to play the Slide show of the pictures in Photo app. I will certainly help you.

I suggest you to follow the below steps to make the picture shuffle in
slide shows mode.

1. Launch the Photos app and navigate to Settings
> Options > Turn ON Shuffle Photos.

2. Go to the folder with the photos you want to use in the slide show.

3. Right click within the app and click Slide show.

photo app not shuffling

Ok, that is not what it says on my phone when I go to Application Settings/Photos & Camera. I already have to set to shuffle my Favorites (since I don't want it to shuffle through all of my photos), and the Live Tile is already as big as it will go on
my phone. It is getting tiresome to have to keep going in to settings and telling it, again, to shuffle.
