Windows 10: Shut down features leading to other problems.

I started having shut down problems where I would “Shut Down” from the start menu, nothing would show on my monitor but my case fans, LED strips and my mouse and keyboard were stil lit. Then my accesories (mouse/keyboard) would work on and off then when I’d try to shut down my PC or restart it would just rotate and a blue screen popped up saying there was a problem and itd restart for me and now my main desktop wont let me pull up the search bar to troubleshoot. I dont know whats happening with my PC.

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

Step 1: I suggest you to disable Internet Explorer feature, restart the computer, enable the feature and check if it helps.

• PressWindows + X keys from the keyboard, click on
  Programs and Features.
• Click on Turn Windows features on or off from the left pane.
• Check mark Internet Explorer.
• Restart the computer and enable the feature.

Step 2: I suggest you to install the pending updates on your device and check if it helps

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
