Windows 10: "Side-by-side configuration."

Ok. New to computers but I'm trying to install MSI Afterburner. I keep getting "failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect." Ive Downloaded the microsoft C++ redistributable packages. I've ran sxstrace. This is what came back. But I don't know how to read it. Can someone help? My OS is Windows 11 home.================= Begin Activation Context Generation. Need Serious Help: How To Record Video of What is Done on my PC?

I suggest the following simple steps:

1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.

I suggest you to follow the steps below to configure the keyboard layout:

• 
  Open Settings and click on Time and Language.
  
• 
  Click on Region and Language.
  
• 
  Add the Country and click on add a language and select the language of your choice.
  
• 
  This will take time to download the pack.
  
• 
  Once this is done, Press Windows key + Space and press Space key to choose the keyboard layout.
