Windows 10: Sideload Appx Package Error: 0x803F8001

I'm trying to sideload an appx package on Windows 10.


I installed using the command,

PowerShell.exe "Add-AppxPackage 'YellowElephantProductions.5641246962A82_1.18.23.0_x64__p3e1zgp7z7szg.Appx'"


It works but at run time I receive error,

"Screen Shot Tool PRO is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"


Does anyone know what way to sideload Appx Packages without logging into the Store and installing from there?

When trying to execute from the install folder directly,

"C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\YellowElephantProductions.5641246962A82_1.18.23.0_x64__p3e1zgp7z7szg\ScreenShotTool.Wpf\ScreenShot Tool.exe"


I don't receive any errors, but the icon appears on the system tray for a couple seconds, then quits?


I can's seem to run any executable directly from "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps"

Does anyone know the cause?

Get appx package file for Windows Store installed app


Can anybody help me make an appx package for a Windows Store app that I have downloaded and installed on my computer. I have all the files, signatures, etc. for the app. I just want to make an appx package for it so that I can sideload it to other Windows 8+ PCs. Anyone know how to?

 

How to install Microsoft.NET.Native.Runtime.2.1-rel package while sideloading an app in Microsoft Store

I am trying to sideload an app using visual studio 2017. Steps I am taking:

It does create the package.

However when i try to install the packagebundle, i have this error

When i take a look at Dependencies/x86/ i have 3 packages. There is Microsoft.NET.Native.Runtime.2.1 but not Microsoft.NET.Native.Runtime.2.1-rel

I found this but downgrading UWP didnt help. Anybody has an idea how to fix this?
