    Sidewinder X4 keyboard profiles not switching automatically


    I've set up a profile with macro's for a game. The profile doesn't automatically switch when I launch the game, unless I launch Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Centre first. I can exit Mouse and Keyboard Centre before launching and it will switch profiles fine. Current solution is adding Mouse and Keyboard Centre to startup apps and exiting straight away. Is there a better solution? Keyboard is connected to an HP laptop running windows 10.

    For us to properly isolate the issue with your Microsoft Sidewinder x4 Keyboard, we would like to know the following:

    • Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
    • When did the issue begin?
    • To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

    i seem to have disabled the windows key on my SideWinder X4 Keyboard.... don't know how i did it....anybody know how to enable it again?

    SORRY FOR CAPS LOCKS, ITS WHY I TYPED THIS MESSAGE.

    SO I'VE ALWAYS HAD THIS PROBLEM. IVE ADDED MACROS TO MY SIDEWINDER X4 AND IVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO DELETE THEM. THIS HAPPENS WHEN IM GAMING, WILL PRESS THE RECORD BUTTON AND A RANDOM SET OF MACROS WILL BE RECORDED. NOW IM CNSTANTLY TYPING WITH CAPS LOCKS.
    HOW DO I DELETR MACROS WITH WITH MY SIDEWINDER X4 KEYBOARD?
