Windows 10: Sign in into windows store with corporate email

Hello.

I'm using corporate email for windows 10, office 365 and for this site sign in.

I'm try to get free app from microsoft store but I got Sign In popup after I clicked Get button. And this popup said "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account orget a new one.".

I'm not sure why I got this while I'm already logged in into the store and why my corporate email can't fit this sign in popup...

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

What happens when you try to sign to Windows Store?

Please give us the complete error message if any.

For Windows store issue you may refer the following suggestion:

I would suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Press Windows +R Keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  

Now, try to open store and see if that helps.

If you've already signed out from your account but still the information appears on the suggested credentials when signing in to
Microsoft Store, this may indicate that your account is still added under the
Account settings. To remove the account completely, follow the steps below:

• Click the Windows icon.
• Select Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Select Email & app accounts.
• Under Email. calendar and contacts, select the account that you wish to remove.
• Select Remove.
• Click Yes if prompted.
• Repeat steps to remove the account under Accounts used by other apps.

Once you're done, check if the issue persists.
