The July 26, 2022 update for Windows 10, version 20H2, Windows Server, version 20H2, Windows 10 Version 21H1, and Windows 10 Version 21H2 includes cumulative reliability improvements in .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8. We recommend that you apply this update as part of your regular maintenance routines. Before you install this update, see the Prerequisites and Restart requirement sections.

Appcrash stisvc on fault module CNC330C.DLL

Thanks for the prompt reply.

Have had these issues since upgrading to Win 10 in late Oct 2015. I've had this particular error 6 times, plus 2 in WIA starting on 11/28/15

System restore would go back at least that far, assuming I have a point that old.

I had difficulty installing the big "Nov update." A representative sampling of all errors since Win 10 upgrade below. (Note: Does not include Office 365 & Adobe CC 15 errors) FYI, mentioned the Office errors because they occured in File Explorer and
in case they were related to the graphics card not playing well.

Vista Automatic Updating Error

Resolution Suggestion:

# To resolve this problem, make sure that BITS and the Automatic Updates service are started..

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
