Windows 10: Since the latest update I cannot access outlook.live.com.

Since I have done the latest update I now cannot access outlook.live.com.


outlook.live.com refused to connect.

It has only occurred on 1 computer, all others are acting normal.

Can anyone please help me with this?

This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.

I'm afraid that Windows Live Mail doesn't have the same sort of addressee suggestions that some other programs like Office Outlook have. When addressing a message in Windows Live Mail, the only 'suggestions' that appear are entries in the contacts list that
match the string typed in the address box. Outlook also maintains a list of 'people you have sent mail to in the past who may or may not be in your contacts list,' its
AutoComplete list. Windows Live Mail doesn't do that.

I'm sorry, but it's not quite clear to me what your customer is expecting.
