Windows 10: sing in problems

Discus and support sing in problems in Windows Hello & Lockscreen to solve the problem; I can not get passed the sign in page.     I can not get passed the sign in page. I have also tried to log in with my microsoft account and tells me incorrect credentials. I just want to get signed in

    Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...


    That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
    a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
    b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

    I suggest Option 1 is easier.

    If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

    cant sing into xbox music app

    Hello I am using a Nokia lumia 1520 and i cant sing in into the Xbox music App....it says sometime that I have too many devices downloading songs ,so I erase all the devices I had.in the manage devices section.. And only left this one.....and still have
    the same problem "can't sing in" it recognizes all the music I have downloaded and my play list but says " can't sing in ".. Thank you for your help.
