Windows 10: Sing-in window outlook, store, account verification blank in W10, freezes in W11

Hi, I know this isn't the right category, but none of the ones offered fit. I have work and own office 365 profile. I have no problem to log in windows on my desktop W10 and laptop W11. Everywhere in system, where you have to sing-in to your microsoft account outlook, store..., I have blank window on W10. In W11, it shows my account and I see buttons, but sing-in windows is freezed, I can only close it by X. In W10, I cant even install apps from store, in W11 it is still possible. Outlook on my phone is still OK for now.I have new internet connection two weeks at home, but it has b

Add gmail account to outlook without text message verification?

A screenshot might help us identify whether it is MS or gmail that is responsible for this (my guess is gmail). The MS instructions you linked to say that no verification should be required if 2FA (in gmail) is off.

I suggest you turn on 2FA in gmail, and try again.

The two-step verification emails show up in my inbox but I added a rule to mark the domain name safe a long time ago (verified that "techpowerup.com" is still in the safe sender list).

I have used the procedure described on Outlook and 2-Step Verification for Gmail accounts - MSOutlook.info (two-step verification + create an app id password) to access Gmail POP3 from Outlook 2010. Now I have two passwords - A password created by me to access Gmail on a browser - A password created by Gmail to be used on Outlook (where does two-step verification comes in I don't know as Outlook works the same way as before)
