    Hi. Im new here. Im planning to upgrade my old computer to windows 10. Does my system can handle Windows 10? Also, can i upgrade my RAM to 8GB? I don't think my processor is a 32 or 64 bit, im little confused. Because in intel, it says 64Bit, but when i
    install windows 7, it says "x86 based processor"

    My PC Specs:

    Intel Pentium Dual Core E5400

    DDR2-800 2GB RAM

    Nvidia GeForce n210 1GB DDR3 GPU

    80GB HDD

    Current OS : Windows 7

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Windows shows 8GB RAM installed but 4GB RAM is usable

    Hi There,

    I've just upgraded my pc from 4GB RAM to 8GB RAM. Windows seems to have detected this upgrade but why does it show as only 4GB RAM available. The following is what I have tried so far with no luck:

    • I have tried the msconfig method on ensuring maximum memory is not checked.
    • physically removed the new RAM and reinstalled it
    Any thoughts/suggestions on how i can resolve this matter?
