    I am having difficulty accessing a military website https://selfservice.rcms.usar.army.mil/education. I only mention that because there are many DOD certificates that I had to install to access these in the first place. Anyways in late February 2020, I was all of a sudden unable to access this website prior to this I had no problem. I use Internet Explorer for these websites because I find it works best with a Common Access Card. I have tried about everything online. I have made sure my TLS settings 1.1- 1.3 are checked. I have tried uninstalling and updating InstallRoot 5.5 I have verified my certificates are working. I have flushed and adjusted my DNS. I have contacted my internet provider and asked if they restricted access to this website. For a while, I thought the website was actually was to blame but I was able to access it to a friend's computer. If I try with other browsers I receive different error messages "This site can't be reached" I have tried turning off my anti-virus. The biggest problem is I have no problem accessing any other military or regular website but this one. If anyone has any other solutions to help resolve this it would be greatly appreciated

    PLEASE , PLEASE can somebody help me. I keep getting this message whenever I try to open a new page. Have tried various things, but nothing seems to help. Please not that I am a real techno phob, and have problems understanding technical terms any higher

    When trying to go to BIG-IP logout page I get this message....

    Can’t connect securely to this page

    I am running Win10 and Edge. Pls advise.
