    Change color of Title Bar

    When I go into Personalization to change the color of the white title bars, the title bars option is missing. It only says "Show color on Start, taskbar and action center." I only have a thin line around the app box. How can I fix this?

    I had the same problem. The themes don't do the trick, but this workaround does.
