Windows 10: size of text

Please Help.I have tried every setting I can find with limited success. The text, icons, etc, are all sized well except for a few places that are so small I cant read them. For example, if I open "Control Panel" all the icons and text are perfectly sized for me to read. But if I open something like "Recovery" from the Control Panel page the text is so small I cant read it. How can I adjust the size of the smaller text without changing the other text?

Icon & text size

To resolve your concern, we’d recommend that you follow the steps provided on how to change the font size. Here’s how to do it:

• Right-click on desktop and select Display settings.
• Scroll down and click Advanced display settings.
• Scroll down and click Advanced sizing of text and other items.
• Under Change only the text size. Select the item you want to change in the drop-down list and choose the text size.
• Click on Apply.

• Select "System".
• You can change the font size here.

Follow the steps to go to Control Panel:

• Type "Control Panel" in the search bar.
