Windows 10: sizes of OS

Discus and support sizes of OS in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; THIS is all useless now as my attempt to upgrade to 9860 failed and I was not able tp bring windows 10 64-bit.     THIS is all useless now as my attempt to upgrade to 9860 failed and I was not able
    tp bring windows 10 64-bit. Have to start over.

    I have no idea if this will help. Be glad to supply any info if I can.
    Some of the files recommended for deletion I have reservations about doing so.

    I am running windows 10 build 9841. Am having no success in updating to build 1960.
    Please help.
