    Skype Call Problems


    Is anyone else having problems with Skype in Window´s 10? I make daily outgoing calls to Companies and none of the switchboards are picking up my "tone" when I´m making an option selection from an automated operator.
    I´m also finding the "click to call" very slow (but not techie so could that be my PC issue or again Windows 10?).............Anyone out there who can advise? I´d be most grateful! *Smile
    Oh and just to add - I´ve used Skype for years and not experienced this before upgrading! *Biggrin

    Problems with Skype Audio and Windows 10

    I am also experiencing problems with Skype (ever since upgrading to Windows 10):

    - Surface Pro 1 4GB 128GB (55GB free space)

    - Upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 early August

    - Skype Desktop 7.8.0.102

    - Problems with calls to one person are less pronounced than when conf calling multiple people

    - Problems with skype-to-skype calls are also less pronounced than skype-to-phone calls

    - Skype shows poor internet connection bars (orange and sometimes red)

    - Same skype calls using my Windows Phone 8.1 Lumia and same wifi network work fine

    - Audio working fine by itself - problem when skyping only

    - BTW, similar problems with Skype for Business (less pronounced)
