Windows 10: Skype Download Infected with virus

    For about three weeks I have been trying to install Skype on a Windows Laptop.
    Every time AVG picks up a virus (win32/heri) and the installation stops.

    Can anyone advise me? Thanks

    steps taken for infected Pc's.


    I was hoping someone could give me a list of step by step instructions you use as a guide to clean virus, malware...etc. so I can keep my PC clean if it gets infected.

    The baddest skype virus got me !

    Unless it hide's in ze cpu cache.

    I almost got a virus from skype too but instead it got me *Stick Out Tongue Skype Download Infected with virus :p
