Where does O365 Skype for Business keep chat transcripts in the user AppData folder, or somewhere else?

How to Skype for Business on Mac

I have a Skype for Business account through my workplace and I work on a Mac. Unfortunately, my company IT team do not support any technical issues to do with Mac, because they are unaccustomed to them. I have been unable to get logged in to Skype for Business
on my Mac despite repeated attempts, and my Administrators here will not be willing to help. What do I have to do to access Skype for Business? I have many remote meetings and frequently need to use the service. I downloaded Microsoft Lync as well but so far
I am stuck and still unable to log in with my company credentials.

Skype for Business conversation / meeting history is not stored locally on your computer. Here's how to see history:

Add your Skype for Business / Office 365 (Azure AD) account to Outlook. Expand the account on left navigation pane (A in screenshot below), select Conversation History (B). Select the conversation or meeting from list (C), it will be shown in message pane (D):




The above applies to all Office 365 for Business and Enterprise plans except Business Essentials and standalone Skype for Business plans which do not include desktop Outlook client.

If you don't have Outlook client installed or it does not belong to your subscription you can also use any browser and sign in with your O365 / Azure Ad account at outlook.office.com/owa and select Conversation History, it works the same way.
