    Hi Skyweb ip got my for a 1 year subscription for 250$ . Realizes they are BS ing me . all they do is run free cleaner programs and want hours to figure out fake problems . My brother is IT Tech Guy Director . cleaning takes only a few mins , not hours and is usually free . UNTIL these GD DAMN GHANDI dot head ...etc i like camels and cows mmmmmmmmoooooooooooooooo . Cant understand them for 2 hours of phone mins ? Hello , yea is there anyone who speaks American? I would like to expose the dot head loving Hindu , JESUS is gonna kick your **** people anyway I can . Thanks I had to vent

    Hi,

    With regard to your query, we suggest that you try resetting the TCP/IP by using the steps below:

    • Press Windows + X keys.
    • Click on Command Prompt (Admin).
    • Type the command below:

      netsh int ip reset
    • Hit Enter to execute the command.
    • Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

    Let us know the result.

    That made me so facepalm. Some people have absolutely no clue. I hope they don't take you for granted with all this you're doing for them.

    SonicWall is a good security product, so Mindweaver's suggestion sounds like a good one and should make for a rather bigger baby step. Let's hope they take it.

    Finding IP address

    Hello,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to find printer’s IP address:

    1. Type Devices and Printers in the Windows search bar.
    2. Select on the printer and click on
      Manage.
    3. Click on the Ports tab.
      You will be able to find printer’s IP address under the ‘Ports’ tab.

    Few printers also have a “Test print” option on the printer. When you print a test page from network printer, the page shows the IP address along with other details.

    Note: If it is set on DHCP mode the IP address will constantly change.
    The IP address is assigned automatically by your router using a protocol called DHCP.
