Windows 10: Sleep Mode isn't working without signing out

Hello, i would like to ask that for few days i'm trying to put my pc on sleep mode but when i click on sleep the screen shuts down but the pc fans+lights+ keybored and mouse remains on and when i click on any keyboard the screen returns to the normal but everything was already on. To put in to sleep mode i have to first sign out and when i sign out same thing happens screen shuts down and pc is still on and then i have to click on keybored so the windows pin code screen appear and from there i click on sleep and it finally goes to sleep mode. how i can fix it, i've tried almost everything.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.

 

No Sign-in Window After Sleep Mode

Since the Microsoft update on 14th Jan, when my PC comes out of sleep mode the sign-in window doesn't appear unless I press ctrl+alt+del first. In Google there are a lot of questions about this same problem going as far back 2015, has anyone found a solution that actually works and doesn't involve having to re-install everything. My sleep mode has been working fine for a year now so I'm not sure what's suddenly been changed.

One suggestion is to go into the power options control panel and switch off all the power save options like sleep mode, but that then means leaving the PC on 24/7.
