Windows 10: Sleep power option unexpectedly gone after updating to Windows 10 version 1809

The subject of this post explains it all. I recently updated my Windows 10 device to the new October 2018 update and I noticed that the "Sleep" option is completely gone from the power options in the start menu, and even the power options from the control panel. I'll attach a few screenshots to show you what I mean. If you have an easy fix, please tell me because this isn't the first time it happened since it occurred when I first upgraded to Windows 10 too.

For issues with sleep mode and power options follow the steps provided below.

Run the Power troubleshooter and check.

Follow the steps to run the troubleshooter:

• Open Control Panel.
• Type Troubleshooting in search and click
  Troubleshooting.
• Now type Power in the search option.
• Click on Power troubleshooter to run.

I would suggest you to try updating the Display driver and check if the issue persists. If you already have all the latest drivers from Windows updates, then I would suggest you to visit the computer manufacturer's website, download and install the latest
drivers in compatibility mode and check.

Sleep option under power is gone

Go Settings, System, Power & sleep.

Or right click of the list.ck the start windows on the taskbar and then Power options near the top of the list.

After this last update my sleep option vanished.

I've look here "Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\System Settings" and the option is gone all together.
