Windows 10: Slow 10GbE performance on Win11pro 24H2

Hi thereI reinstalled just a few days ago my PC. I went from 11 23H2 to 11 24H2. As I'm using Media Editing Software, I have an Intel 10GbE NIC installed, connected through a 10GbE switch to my NAS. With the new 24H2, the transfer speed is capped at around 68MB/s. It is surprisingly constant on that speed.Whenever I reinstall OSes, I install that on a new disk and keep the old OS on the old disk for a while as backup.So in this case I have a temporary dual boot setup.Transfer Speed in 23H2: ~500MB/sTransfer Speed in 24H2: 66-70MB/sExact same drivers.What could cause this issue? I heard that 24
