    Hi, I have just brought my travelling laptop from the closet, where it has been sitting there for a few years. its a HP Pavillion dv7 running on Windows 10 home. I have been starting off and on for a day or so to see if still works. It does, except the initial start up or booting is slow.Would you be able to provide a link, s/w or instructions of an approved product I guess for free for now to get this device to start/boot and run properly? this was an excellent laptop, fast, very responsive, I was very impressed by its performance. Your help is very appreciated. Thank you

    What in the WORLD have they done, Windows 10 makes everything slow as molasses?!

    I kind of hate how stuff (not just Microsoft) is released before it's ready. Okay, I REALLY hate it. I can't even watch a SHORT video w/out my laptop having to pause and reload every minute or so. Everything is slow as molasses. Is there any help?
    (I'm almost a Luddite. If you have suggestions or questions, I'll probably need everything written for a kid. Except kids know more than I do. I did have Geek Squad tell me to stop saying that b/c they have people call and ask what "that round, revolving
    circle" is. I'm not that bad.)

    Sony Vaio Laptop SVT running very slow after latest Widows 10 update.

    Latest update hased caused laptop to run slow and wifi degraded to the point of molasses speeds

    Any suggestions to correct?....THX

    Windows 10 installed yesterday. It literally takes several minutes to go from one web page to another--this is a nightmare. Any suggestions? Speak slow and plain--I am not a tech expert.
