Windows 10: SLOW DOWNLOAD DATA SPEED

I am connected to the wifi . It has a fast internet speed. I am able to watch youtube and other online contents at maximum contents at ease. However when i start downloading any movie file specially or even a legit video file , the download speed doesnt exceed more than 50kb/s . This started after i updated my windows 10 last time(i always update). I tried helping through updating device drivers, twitching through device manager but yet now with no results. I thought my hard disk is corrupt or worsening. But no it is working perfectly fine. Please tell me how do i solve this.

• I would suggest you to test the speed using any of the speed test website or app to confirm the upload and download speed.
• I also suggest you to reset the wireless router to check if that helps.
  
• You may plug in the Ethernet cable if available and check the speed.

Microsoft store download speeds and windows 10 app load speeds are very slow

• The latest update I have showing is "2018-02 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64 based system KB4074588"
• I've tried all the below steps suggested by Eeshwar Kumar in this link: Why is Windows Store's download speed so slow?
• And also all by Jane La in the below: Microsoft Store Very Low Download Speeds
