    Hi,



    I have an HP Envy Desktop Computer with 2 User Accounts, It has an i7 processor, 16Gb memory,128 Gb SSD, Windows 10 (Version 1803), Norton Security with which I have carried out a full security scan, with no problems detected



    I also have a fast BT internet connection and the router has a wired connection to the computer



    User No 2 has excellent e-mail and web browsing response



    User No 1, me, the Administrator, has good e-mail response. Web browsing however, suddenly became very slow last Sunday, but only on this account. Previously response times were also excellent, but the browser and is now almost impossible to use (Edge and Google)



    Comparing the 2 users’ Internet Options/General/Settings/Temp Internet Files disk space values, I found User No 1 set at 0 Mb and User No 2 at 330Mb. I have tried, without success, (i) changing my Internet option settings back to the factory settings and (ii) to increase the allocated disc space, but this stays at 0 Mb



    I would appreciate any suggestions you may have

    Slow browsing and downloading concerns can be related to incorrect network configuration settings. If the issue is confined to using the mentioned browsers, it could be a result of profile or Windows Update corruption. Let us review some things to correctly
    address the issue. Kindly answer the following questions:

    • Do you get a specific error message along with downloading or browsing the Internet?
    • How are you connected to the Internet? Is it wired or wireless?
    • Do you encounter the same difficulty using another profile?
    • What specific steps have you taken so far?

  3. Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


    I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

    Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
    We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
    I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
    Step 1:
    Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

    1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
    2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
    3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.
    Step 2:
    I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
    3. Select add someone else on this PC.
    4. Enter a user name and hit next.
    5. Click on Finish.
    6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.
    Step 3:
    It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
