Windows 10: Slow internet

Since the beginning of March, my internet connection has been very slow. I can't even listen a song on spotify or watching a short video on youtube without it lagging every five seconds.
I did everything recommended on the forums but nothing worked. I also obviously already did "Start by running the Internet connections troubleshooter. Open Start > Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot Select Internet connections Click Run the Troubleshooter" and even had to reboot my computer, but nothing changed. The drivers are already updated also.

I also did everything here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4002019/windows-10-improve-pc-performance but nothing changed.

So I don't know where the problem comes from.

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
