Windows 10: Slow speeds using Static IPV4 address

I've configured my PC to use a Static IPV4 address along with IPV6 still being active, however i'm getting marginally different speeds from one over the other. For example running a speed test on fast.com I get speeds of 98mbps download which utilises IPV6 and when I use speedtest.net which utilises IPV4 I get 0.5mbps download. I have tried different DNS servers etc... still to no avail, one thing to note using DHCP the issue seems to resolve itself although I require a static IP for my wake on wan setup. Any ideas?

static IPv4 wifi address while ethernet uses IPv6 address?

A machine running 64-bit win10 belongs to one WorkGroup, connects to the LAN via EtherNet for speed but it must be available via wifi also, so both connections are open.
For an Android device to access an app served by a webapp served on the win10 machine, the win10 machine needs a fixed IP address. The Android device seems to understand only IPv4 addresses, When the win10 machine's EtherNet connection is IPv6, it's apparently impossible to give it a static wifi IPv4 address.
How do I solve this?

 

Autoconfiguration ipv4 address

I static an windows 10 pro pc IP address at my job and when I check command prompt, I still get Autoconfiguration ipv4 address 169.254.254.154 (preferred) showing instead of the IP address I assigned manually. is there a way to stop the Autoconfiguration

If you mean when the first octet is static,

IPV4 Total Addresses = 4,294,967,296 (2^32)

There are 588,514,304 reserved addresses

Therefore there is 3,706,452,992 public addresses in total

Given that, it would be hard to actually work out and answer for this question

But theoretically (if we disregard reserves addresses) the answer is 255 X 255 X 255 = 16,581,375
