Windows 10: Small black line at taskbar height

Dear Microsoft community,I recently bought a second monitor and after playing some Elden Ring this issue tends to worsen after playing this game OR it's just a coincidence I got a thin black line in my taskbar. Then I started doing the instructions from JhakeSong from the thread above and it not only worsen my problem, the thin line got thick and after this secure

Taskbar height/width on the side

I'm using small taskbar buttons and that option changes height only if location of taskbar is bottom or top.

Black Line

Never had that problem before! The navbar height is bigger on 150% scaling, which is the default for win 10. Yes, on 125% the bar is the same as on 8.1, and the black line is the same height as the bar. On 150% though the black line is the same as on 125%,
causing it to look strangely misaligned.
