Windows 10: small office app icons in start menu

anyone know what these are? i just reinstalled windows 10 and these appeared, clicking on either excel, word, powerpoint, or outlook just open up an empty tab in microsoft edge. i cannot uninstall them either, after clicking uninstall they just remain there.

Whats with the small icon apps on Start menu?

The spacing on them is weird with small icons. I set my start menu to max screen. Could that have caused it? The rest of my small icons are full squares and most of the Microsoft Office 2013 apps are rectangles. I've tried reordering them and moving them
around but nothing is helping.



* Edit: The same thing is happening with a couple of other apps when I make them small icons

 

Start menu default internet acces icon screwed?

You generally set that via the Start Menu settings (right-click start menu -> properties).

I had that issues a while ago, and it meant removing it from the Start Menu, and reinstalling my browser to get the icon back, it was very odd.
