Windows 10: SMPT Services

Discus and support SMPT Services in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; I have opened Turn Windows features on or off, then opened options for Internet Information Services but there is no SMPT option to click.     SMPT Services


    I have opened Turn Windows features on or off, then opened options for Internet Information Services but there is no SMPT option to click. Using Windows 10 Pro. Tried setting up a virtual SMPT Server and in setting it up I tried to edit and save the Windows[System32/drivers/etc/hosts file as required but would not allow me to save saying that I didn't have administrator priviledges. So tried to turn or admin login and still no luck. Any suggestions?

    What is the SMPT or whatever the letters are (Sympatico email) and where do I find it ?

    How do I add the OUTBOX folder to Sympatico email .

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
