    Snip and Sketch free form tool gives large black spaces


    Every time I use the Snip and Sketch free form tool, I am getting weird black areas when pasting the image from my clipboard into OneNote, example below.

    Anyone know a fix?


    If I manually open the screenshot and copy it on the Snip and Sketch app, it seems to work normally like before.

    Snip & Sketch Black Underline on Images

    Using Snip & Sketch in Windows 10....every time I do a snip I get a black line at the bottom of the snip. I checked outline settings and they are off. Any suggestions?

    October Update Snip & Sketch Eraser Tool

    You're wasting your time complaining about it (or offering suggestions) here. Use the Feedback Hub, which you can find in the list of apps on the Start menu.

    Snip & Sketch

    It's the Snipping Tool that's being phased out, not Snip & Sketch. FWIW, I just used the latter tool and was able to paste the snip into a Word (Office 365) document. There was a point in the past when for reasons unknown, opening Word would clear the
    clipboard. If you're using an older version, you might want to try opening the document first, before taking a screenshot.

    If you prefer to use Snipping Tool, all you have to do (as I suggested earlier) is open the Start Menu and type snip.
