    Snipping Tool Question

Hello all. I am using the Snipping Tool app for the first time to take screenshots. I really like it (I used to do PrtSc and then paste into Paint). But I have one question. Is there a way to add a border around the screenshot in the Snipping Tool? That can be done in Paint using a rectangle with color, but I see no way to do it in the Snipping Tool.

Thanks in advance for anyone that can help with this. And FYI, I tried the Windows Key+Shift+S thingy and that doesn't even give you the option to save the screenshot as a .jpg. It just adds it to the clipboard.

    :)
