    So, I am planning on doing some transferring between two computers...


    Programs have to be installed on the new computer. You can tranfer the installers for them, but you cannot just copy them. Files you can copy (drag and drop) from the old computer to a usb drive or to OneDrive or Google Drive and then from there back to the new computer. You can Also use the Backup program in Windows 7 and restore in Windows 10 (there is a special program for that in Control Panel/System and Security/Backup and Restore (Windows 7).

    Depends on the version of the browser. Windows 10 uses Edge by default and has IE11 on the Start menu. Look for the bookmark "star" and click it. Look for import favorites.

    In Edge it is in settings. 3rd option down is "Import favorites from another browser"

    Edit: In Internet Explorer 11 it is
    Files ► Import and export ► Import from another browser ► Next
    Then select from the list of browsers on your pc that you want to import from
    Click 'Import'
    Once it is done, click 'Finish'
